I did the ugprades for domain mapping and css. I use the builtin templates they offer. They have free themes and premium themes you can pay for. I use the css upgrade to make some customizations.

I heard that citrix is going away from secure gateway and Access Gateway is replacing secure gateway in XenApp-6. In the citrix official training, they have included Access Gateway not Secure Gateway.
